Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping will be deducted from your refund. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

First, if you have a need to consider refunds or returns, you likely ordered a product from us. So firstly, we would like to say "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than doing our best to keep our customers happy, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, we take full responsibility for any mistakes we might have made. That said, here are some things you might want to know...

  • You may contact us at contact@eyes4ulasoptical.com. with any questions or concerns 
  • You have thirty 30 days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return
  • If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% store credit (excluding shipping). Return/Credit can only be applied once per order.
  • We will replace broken frames at no charge during the 30-day warranty period
  • We do not provide replacement screws for frames other than rimless frames.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded
  • If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If we conclude there was a mistake, we will refabricate your glasses at no charge
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Shipping
    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
